1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the BallersNGT platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use or access the Service.

2. User Accounts & Verification

Access to the Scout and Academy dashboards requires administrative verification. BallersNGT reserves the right to deny or revoke access to any applicant who fails to provide sufficient professional accreditation. Users are strictly prohibited from sharing login credentials.

3. Subscriptions and Payments (Stripe)

Certain features, including direct Parent/Coach contact unlocks, require monetary transactions via Stripe.

• Individual Unlocks: Grants perpetual access to the contact sheet of a specific athlete. Non-refundable.
• Season Passes: Grants universal unlock access across the entire prospect directory, expiring annually on June 20th regardless of the purchase date.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:
- Extract, scrape, or systematically copy prospect data or Radar analytics for use in competing databases.
- Upload falsified evaluation metrics or deceptive video highlights.
- Harass, spam, or solicit parents/athletes using our network for non-scouting purposes.

5. Account Termination

BallersNGT reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend any account found violating these Terms or engaging in predatory scouting behavior without prior notice and without refund.
