At BallersNGT, we take the privacy of athletes—especially minors—extremely seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and legally protect the data submitted to our platform by Academies and Parents.

2. Data Collection (B2B Ecosystem)

We collect athlete data (height, weight, evaluations, and media) strictly through verified Coaches and Academies. No data is publicly accessible on the open internet or indexed by search engines. The directory is exclusively accessible to authenticated professional scouts and agents who have passed our verification protocols.

3. GDPR & Parental Consent

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the profiles of athletes under the age of 18 are placed in a PENDING_CONSENT state upon creation. We require explicit, cryptographic digital signatures from a verified Parent or Legal Guardian before any minor's data becomes visible to the scouting network. Parents maintain absolute control over the sharing of their contact information.

4. Data Deletion (Right to Erasure)

Parents and Academies have the irrevocable right to delete their data at any time. Utilizing the "Delete Profile" function within the respective dashboards immediately triggers a hard-delete across our active PostgreSQL clusters and connected edge networks. Backups are purged within standard 30-day retention cycles.
